Quality Assurance for Healthcare

BNF CHARTS aims to enable healthcare professionals to meet with confidence the required standards of care in clinical practice.

“If it’s not written down, it didn’t happen.”

Here’s what this means for everyday clinical practice:

  • Poor records are the single most common finding in patient complaints and regulatory panel decisions.

  • Poor records may contribute to an adverse outcome, and therefore

  • Your recordkeeping and infection control must meet the current standard of care set out by the RCDSO and the CPSO.

Our program provides a professional review and audit which will help safeguard your records.

We offer the following:

  • Recordkeeping  & Chart Review

  • Onsite Infection Prevention & Control (IPAC) Assessment

  • Conflict of Interest Prevention

  • Practical Applications of Everyday Ethics

  • Scope of Practice Applications

  • Patient Dismissal Procedures

  • Social Media and Professional Advertising Strategy
